সমুন্নত পতাকা স্ট্যান্ড: গৌরবের এক নতুন উচ্চতায় বাংলাদেশের জাতীয় পতাকা

বাংলাদেশের সর্ব উত্তরে অবস্থিত বাংলাবান্ধা সীমান্তে একটি সুউচ্চ ফ্ল্যাগ স্ট্যান্ড স্থাপন ছিল পঞ্চগড়ের মানুষের দীর্ঘ দিনের প্রাণের দাবী। পঞ্চগড়বাসির অনুভুতির প্রতি শ্রদ্ধা জানাতে গৃহীত এই প্রকল্পটির লক্ষ্য কেবল সীমান্তে একটি ফ্ল্যাগ স্ট্যান্ড তৈরি করা নয়, বরং আমাদের চেতনা, সংগ্রাম আর বিজয়ের প্রতিচ্ছবি গড়ে তোলা।

বাংলাদেশের এই সর্বোচ্চ পতাকা স্ট্যান্ড কেবল একটি স্থাপত্যকর্ম নয় বরং এটি আমাদের জাতীয় আত্মমর্যাদা, গর্ব ও সংগ্রামী ইতিহাসের মূর্ত প্রতীকও বটে। বাংলাবান্ধা সীমান্তের বাংলাদেশ প্রান্তে লাল-সবুজ পতাকার আকাশচুম্বী উড্ডয়ন স্মরণ করিয়ে দেয়, আমরা কখনো মাথা নওয়াবার জাতি নই। বাংলাবান্ধার মানুষ প্রতিদিন এই পতাকা দেখে গর্বভরে নিঃশ্বাস নিবে; এর ছায়ায় দাঁড়িয়ে তরুণ প্রজন্ম দীক্ষা নেবে দেশপ্রেম ও ঐক্যের, করবে উন্নয়নের অঙ্গীকার। ত্রিশ লক্ষ শহীদের রক্তের বিনিময়ে অর্জিত আমাদের পতাকা প্রতিদিন স্বগর্বে সর্ব উচুতে উড়বে স্বাধীন বাংলার মুক্ত আকাশে। এই পতাকা স্ট্যান্ড হোক আমাদের জাতীয় ঐক্যের প্রতীক, উন্নয়নের উচ্চ শিখরে উঠার অপার অনুপ্রেরণা।

Raised Flag Stand: Bangladesh National Flag at a New Height of Glory

The establishment of a tall flag stand at the Banglabandha border, located in the northernmost part of Bangladesh, was a long-standing demand of the people of Panchagarh. The aim of this project, undertaken to pay tribute to the feelings of the people of Panchagarh, is not only to create a flag stand at the border, but also to create a reflection of our consciousness, struggle and victory.

This highest flag stand in Bangladesh is not only an architectural work but also an embodiment of our national self-esteem, pride and struggling history. The soaring of the red-green flag on the Bangladesh side of the Banglabandha border reminds us that we are not a nation that can ever bow our heads. The people of Banglabandha will breathe a sigh of pride every day after seeing this flag; standing in its shadow, the young generation will take initiation into patriotism and unity, and will pledge development. Our flag, earned in exchange for the blood of three million martyrs, will fly proudly at the highest altitude in the free sky of independent Bengal every day. May this flag stand be a symbol of our national unity, an immense inspiration to rise to the highest peaks of development.
