Khairul Hasan is the CEO and co-founder of Compass Architects, an architecture and interior design company working across residential, apartment, restaurant and other architectural projects.
His professional journey began while he was studying at Bangladesh University. Rather than waiting until graduation to enter the industry, Khairul started gaining practical experience through real projects during his university years. This early exposure helped him understand how thoughtful design can transform ordinary spaces into functional, comfortable and visually engaging environments.
From University Student to Business Founder
In 2020, while continuing his university studies, Khairul Hasan and his friend established Compass Architects.
Starting a company during university required ambition, responsibility and a willingness to learn through practical experience. Khairul balanced his academic commitments with the challenges of developing design concepts, understanding client requirements and contributing to active architectural projects.
He completed his graduation from Bangladesh University in 2022. By that time, he had already gained valuable experience in both architectural work and business development.
This combination of education, project involvement and entrepreneurial experience helped shape his professional approach.
